LLP "CPS-Technical center" is an independent company and provide services to partners in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia and on the global market.
We have been cooperating with corporate clients, individuals and retail chains.
CPS performs warranty and non-warranty repairs of laptops, printers, tablets, smartphones, servers and other computer, as well as household appliances in the service center and on the customer's premises.
The CPS company is a service provider. We operate a partner network with more than 200 service centers in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia and other countries.
The CPS company has an ISO 9001 certificate. We have implemented a quality management system for all types of services. We develop our own software for processing repair requests, ordering spare parts and monitoring KPI's. Our software connects to partner and manufacturer databases.

In each of our premises there are 20 workstations, separate reception zone and a spare parts warehouse.

The whole territory is under 24/7 video surveillance and can only be accessed with an electronic badge. We repair sophisticated and expensive products and our own equipment, from electric soldering irons to diagnostic tools, is all state-of-the-art. Every employee receives regular training and holds certificates evidencing his/her professional skills.
